Level 2 Trading Criteria 

For your appointment:

• Clinic access – our doors remain locked & only those with appointments will be accompanied in
• Any entry is by appointment only
• Should you have any symptoms prior to your appointment:
  • Unwell  – sore throat, cough, fever, loss of smell, shortness of breath
  • Awaiting tests for Covid-19
  • Please do not come to your appointment
  • Notify us & see your GP
• We will meet & greet you at your car
• A pre-screening questionnaire & your temperature will be under taken
• We will escort you into the clinic
• We will run through a Covid-19 outline once in the clinic
• There will be no persons in the reception waiting area only in clinical rooms with a practitioner
• We are allowing adequate time between appointments to set-up, sanitise rooms & surfaces between clients, we will be mindful of times & not overlapping

We ask you please:

• To follow with recommendations – washing your hands or sanitizing before you leave home or come into the clinic
• Be patient with us as we traverse this together
• Be mindful that we cannot congregate in reception
• If you are uncertain about your appointment please do what is best for you, just call us & reschedule
• If possible with the best intention, if you can use your bathroom prior to your appointment that would be appreciated, of course needs must & we understand if you “do get caught short”

What we can assure you is:

• We will be following all guidelines to ensure the clinic is a safe environment:
  • Regular & appropriate hand washing & sanitising
  • Regular sanitizing of all surfaces – door handles, benches etc
  • Limiting numbers within the clinic
  • Practicing as required safe distancing
  • Screening of all clients & practitioners
  • Track & Trace Register of all who enter the building
  • Entry & Exit Only areas
  • Hand sanitizer is provided outside & inside the clinic
  • PPE – will be worn as recommended & specified under Government regulations

Our treatments:

• I will wear a KN95 Mask
• I will wear gloves for your treatment
• There will be disposable linen on the bed
• All surfaces, equipment & procedures will follow safe hygienic practice as always
• Clinic safety:
  • Each practitioner will be screened on entry each day – following the outline for each client – questionnaire & temperature this is recorded in the Track & Trace Register
  • The clinic has been sprayed on Friday 15^th with SafeShield a biostatic surface protectant – giving all surfaces advanced anti-microbial protection creating for us all the safest possible environment within the clinic
  • Daily cleaning of the whole clinic will take place
  • Sanitising all surfaces throughout the day
  • We have all undertaken and received certification in Basic Infection Control Procedures

Product Orders

Contactless click and collect until further notice:

• Your order will be personally packed by Dianne
• No other person will be involved in the packing from skinmatters
• Place your order either via text or email
• We will endeavour to have your product ready within 24-48 hours
• Once it is ready for collection we will text you
• Please ensure you collect that day – only you or 1 nominated person collecting
• The collection box is outside reception
• It will have your name on the bag & only 1 bag per box
• Please only handle your named bag
• An Invoice will be emailed to you, please advise us of your email address

Courier services:

• We are more than happy to assist with couriering to our out of town clients
• Please place your order via text or email
• Due to high demand nationwide your package may take considerably longer than normal to get to you
• We will advise once the parcel has been collected

Safe collection and handling:

• Wash your hands at home before & after pick up
• Keep in your car hand sanitizer & use immediately after collecting
• When home – wash your hands
• Unpack & dispose of your bags & product packaging into your bin
• Wipe the product container down – warm soapy water or sanitiser
• Wash your hands
